What we do at Raider Capital Group
Everything we do is designed to move Texas Tech students from the classroom to the coverage group. Our curriculum is built around four pillars that mirror the skills and networks required in investment banking and high finance.
Technical Training
Weekly sessions on accounting, valuation, DCF and LBO modeling, and comparable company analysis — the toolkit expected on day one of an analyst seat.
Recruiting Preparation
Resume and cover letter reviews, behavioral and technical mock interviews, superday simulations, and a structured timeline for sophomore and junior recruiting.
Alumni Network
Direct access to Red Raiders working at bulge brackets, elite boutiques, private equity funds, and middle-market banks across Dallas, Houston, and New York.
Stock Pitch & Case Work
Members build and defend live equity pitches and M&A cases in front of peers and industry judges, sharpening both analysis and presentation.
