A pipeline from Lubbock to Wall Street
Raider Capital Group was founded on a simple premise: Texas Tech students can compete for the most selective seats in finance when they are trained early, held to a professional standard, and connected to the people already there.
Our members progress through a structured curriculum covering financial accounting, valuation, and transaction modeling, then apply it in stock pitches, case competitions, and live interview preparation. Alongside the technical work, each member is paired with an upperclassman mentor, introduced to alumni across banking, private equity, and asset management, and given access to the alumni network and recruiting resources.
No prior finance experience is required — only the willingness to put in the hours.
